Our Story
Our Vision
Changing Horizons is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2020, aimed at creating opportunities, stability, and hope for Black children and families facing systemic barriers. Our vision is to uplift and empower communities through youth athletic programs, community givebacks, youth enrichment, and engagement initiatives, partnerships with local nonprofits, and family support initiatives.
